Qualifications

• Demonstrated advancement in building maintenance roles over your career.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of multi-unit experience or a facility of similar size.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with interruptions and time constraints.
• Ability to develop and maintain record-keeping systems and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors completed team assignments and checks for satisfactory work quality, procedures, efficiency, progress and safety.
• Hires, evaluates and verifies employee performance; conducts annual evaluations.
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures training is obtained.
• Coaches, mentors and develops Maintenance Technicians.
• Serves as On-Call Manager on a rotating basis.
• Responds to on-property emergency calls during and after hours.
