As the second-ranking operational leader of the hotel, the Hotel Manager provides strategic and hands‑on leadership across all operating departments, including Culinary, Food & Beverage, and Rooms. This role is responsible for establishing and executing operational policies, business strategies, revenue initiatives, workforce development plans, and service excellence programs that support the hotel's overall objectives.
Working in close partnership with the General Manager, the Hotel Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel while providing leadership, direction, and accountability for departmental performance, guest satisfaction, financial results, and team member engagement.
