Job summary

LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain and clean guest rooms in accordance with our high standards. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure flawless room presentation and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of room attendant experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury-hotel environment. Weekend, holiday, AM/PM, overnight shifts, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-year Room Attendant experience, preferably at a luxury hotel.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must know applicable laws regarding operation of hotels and restaurants.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and with others to promote teamwork.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight and overtime.

Purpose Of Position

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning guest rooms. Room Attendants must maintain and clean guest rooms according to the standards of the hotel.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

EDUCATION: High School diploma or its equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year Room Attendant experience, preferable at a luxury hotel

Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to receive instructions and make reports with accuracy.
Must be knowledgeable about applicable laws regarding the operation of hotels and restaurants.
Must have great attention to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
