Ideal candidates will have Universal CFC/R-410A certification and must be available for all shifts including weekends and nights. The position offers a competitive salary based on skill level, estimated between $20 and $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work all shifts and on call 24/7.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Capable of lifting sixty (60) pounds and ascending ladders up to thirty (30) feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative mechanical maintenance on hotel equipment.
• Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
• Complete general maintenance tasks, including painting and light repairs.
