Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Mechanic to support our partner hotels in Chevy Chase, MD. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing HVAC and plumbing issues, and general repairs.

The ideal candidate should possess a Universal CFC certification, reliable transportation, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work all shifts.
• Experience in hotel maintenance is a plus.
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds and ascend ladders up to thirty (30) feet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative mechanical maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Perform general maintenance, painting, drywalling, and light repairs.
