Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel facilities operating smoothly and safely. This hands‑on role supports preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and coordination with departments to deliver a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance across areas, repairing guest room amenities, and assisting with pool operations. Requires a high school diploma and 1 year of maintenance experience; flexible schedule and safety focus are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance or facilities experience; hotel experience is a plus.
• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and on‑call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain public areas, guest rooms, meeting spaces, back‑of‑house facilities, and grounds.
• Repair guest room amenities (TVs, phones, fixtures, plumbing, HVAC).
• Execute preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Refresh interiors through painting, furniture fixes, and flooring repairs.
• Troubleshoot kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping equipment as needed.
• Ensure exterior maintenance and landscaping reflect a professional appearance.
• Assist with pool operations and safety program compliance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
