Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces at our Dunwoody property. This temporary, part-time role requires hands-on skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with a teamwork mindset and a commitment to safety and guest comfort.

You’ll be part of the ONE TEAM culture, support various trades, and report repairs, while maintaining records and ensuring brand standards and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
• Knowledge of basic trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Strong safety awareness and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public space and back of the house spaces.
• Repair or replace light bulbs, fixtures and hardware as needed.
• Keep records of repairs and calendar upcoming maintenance.
• Assist other departments with preventive maintenance.
• Follow standard operating procedures and brand standards.
