Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Atkinson is seeking a maintenance professional to manage preventive maintenance across guest rooms and hotel systems. • General knowledge of maintenance and related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of guest rooms, equipment, and supplies, including HVAC/PTAC, vacuums, ice machines, TVs, washers/dryers, water heaters, sprinkler systems, swimming pool, and case goods/cabinets.
• Maintain the swimming pool and whirlpool according to local health department and franchise standards.
• Perform all specific repairs unless a general contractor is needed and approved by management.
• Provide assistance to all other departments as needed.
• Be on call at all times in case of emergency.
• Operate basic maintenance tools.
• Read and follow instructions.
• Run errands for hotel.
• Adhere to strict key control policies.
• Keep accurate records of all preventive maintenance.
• Perform outdoor lawn and snow services as needed.
