Holiday Inn Express in Portland, OR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain our hotel facilities, equipment, and safety standards. This hands-on role ensures a safe and comfortable experience for our guests by performing routine maintenance and responding to requests.

You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with contractors, and keep accurate records using CMMS. Strong electrical knowledge, problem-solving, and independent work are essential in this role.

Formación

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and basic PLCs.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
