Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fort Atkinson is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the room attendants and supervise daily cleaning operations. You will break out the house, assign rooms to be cleaned, and perform inspections to ensure consistent cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.

• Must be able to lead a housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in training for new and current staff.
• Maintain safety standards and proper chemical handling per OSHA.
• Maintain accurate lost and found log/storage.

Responsibilities

• Provides team leadership by leading by example and helping out when needed.
• Breaks out the house daily and assigns rooms to be cleaned.
• Does room inspections to ensure consistent cleanliness.
• Assists in regular deep cleaning projects.
• Assists with training for new and current staff.
• Maintains key control of all housekeeping keys.
• Ensures all safety standards are met.
• Assists with accurate lost and found log/storage
• Ensures proper user of chemicals and all supplies as per OSHA standards
