Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with property standards at the Chandler area hotel.

Responsibilities include carpentry, electrical and plumbing checks, appliance replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety. The role requires physical work and flexibility for varied shifts to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle repairs independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Paints interior and exterior surfaces, repairs damaged walls and drywall, replaces windows, installs cabinets and flooring components.
• Repairs or replaces appliances and fixtures such as microwaves, sinks, refrigerators, and stove tops.
• Performs general carpentry, landscaping, and parking lot maintenance.
• Assists with preventive maintenance checklists and minor repair work orders.
• Inspects electrical, plumbing, and safety systems and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and public areas to standard.
