Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces in accordance with property standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and associates.

You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs to walls, fixtures, electrical and plumbing systems, inspect equipment, and support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and handle repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces; repair walls and fixtures.
• Inspect electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC components, and replace or repair as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of hotel interiors and exteriors.
• Support guests and staff with maintenance requests and safety compliance.
