Job summary

Oliver Hotels & Resorts in Chandler, AZ seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and keep the pool area in top condition. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of equipment across guest rooms, public spaces, and outdoor areas.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a valid Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reported work orders and performs general repairs.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes.
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot.
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secured.
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation.
• Operates common power and hand tools safely.
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
