Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a part-time Maintenance Attendant for TPS Liberty in Liberty, MO. The role focuses on routine maintenance, minor repairs, and quick response to guest needs to keep the property in excellent condition.

You will work on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with wage ranges starting at $16.00–$17.00 per hour and scheduled wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication and customer service skills.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to resolve requests quickly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during shifts.
