Job summary

Residence Inn Indianapolis Northwest is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time team member to support guest services on Sundays and Mondays. You will greet guests, assist with requests, and help maintain a clean, safe hotel environment while delivering the MCR standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

Duties include responding to guest needs, performing light maintenance tasks, following safety guidelines, and clocking in on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• Good communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and repair needs as reported.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public spaces.
• Follow safety, health, and hotel procedures; report emergencies.
• Support events and general hotel operations as needed.

Education

Technical, Trade or Vocational school degree preferred.
