Qualifications

• Experience performing basic repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical) in hospitality or similar settings.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Comfort working overnight shifts after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance for buildings and equipment in resort rooms and conference areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs (tile, furniture, plumbing, electrical, drywall).
• Respond to maintenance calls from guests and staff; escalate when needed.
• Order materials and track inventory per company procedures.
• Perform project work during renovations and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Report damage or unusual occurrences observed while on duty.
