Comfort Inn Alpharetta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the upkeep of the property, including guest rooms, landscaping, and trash. The role involves repairs across sheetrock, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, with the ability to multitask and handle emergencies independently.

Flexibility with hours is required, including potential overnight or variable shifts, and accommodation is provided at the hotel.

• Housekeeping tasks may be required, and their completion will be appreciated.
• Flexibility with working hours is needed, potentially more than one or two hours each day depending on workload.

Comfort Inn Alpharetta is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Not Limited):

• Maintain the upkeep of the property.
• Maintaining Guest Room, Landscaping, Trash, etc.
• Repairs requiring: sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and be able to multi-task.

Requirements:

• Must be able to stay at the hotel.
• Applicants must have experience with sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (not required but preferred).
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
• Landscaping: 1 year (preferred).
