Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group's Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain the property and provide technical support to the Maintenance Dept.

You will perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical work, and preventative maintenance on guest rooms, kitchens, HVAC, pools, and other facilities; ensure safety, respond to alarms, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• English fluency required.
• Three to five years in general building trades with maintenance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, electrical work and related maintenance tasks using hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and facilities (HVAC, appliances, etc.).
• Replace air conditioner filters; repair vacuum cleaners and small equipment.
• Respond to alarms and report findings; maintain clean, safe work areas; follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout.
