Job Description

As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of the property. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing anyguest or facility-related issues promptly.

• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions or guest-reported issues promptly and effectively.
• Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing courteous and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory to facilitate tracking and reporting.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs or projects, ensuring seamless operations.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Light work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 60 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
