Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a skilled, full-time Maintenance Technician for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville Airport to keep the property running smoothly with top-notch preventative care and upkeep. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining and repairing equipment, and conducting daily inspections under supervision of the General Manager and Regional Maintenance

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptive to hotel operations.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record—background check required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance work orders from guests, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property; report issues to management.
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, and building components to prevent corrosion.
• Hang fixtures, replace light bulbs/filters, and shampoo carpets.
• Perform daily property inspections and support preventative maintenance program.
