The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of maintenance experience, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will coordinate with departments and respond to after-hours emergencies to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hotel equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
• Stay in contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments.
• Collaborate with personnel to assist with maintenance tasks.
• Use a range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, drills, wrenches.
• Respond to emergencies outside of regular hours.
