HVMG is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to support upkeep and safety of our property in Winston-Salem, NC. The role includes routine maintenance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

The candidate should have a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and well-maintained environment. The position is full-time with a starting pay of $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and workplace procedures.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Dismantles defective machines and installs parts; performs repairs.
• Lubricates moving parts and maintains hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Repairs electrical components and maintains wiring and transformers.
