Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to oversee daily engineering operations across guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will manage preventive maintenance and repairs, work with vendors, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires a technical degree or training, HVAC/Electrical knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are also needed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or training required.
• Hospitality, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred.
• Trade certifications in HVAC and/or electrical preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment across the lodge.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and guestroom items.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved tools.
• Maintain safety procedures and training records.
