Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on training in maintenance.
• Technical training and trade certifications related to HVAC or electrical.
• Hospitality or related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems throughout the lodge.
• Identify shut-off valves and utility shut-offs for buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and guestroom items.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved tools.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain service records.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly documentation; assist Assistant Director as needed.
