Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with guests to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen/mechanical equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery; locate and operate shut-offs and valves.
• Carry equipment and maintain inventory; document daily activities for shifts.
• Perform surface prep, painting, drywall/trim repairs, and replace bulbs/filters.
• Program TVs and complete engineering-related inventory duties; follow safety protocols.
