Crown Hotel & Travel Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Emerald Isle, NC to perform routine property maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

The role requires fundamentals in plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs, plus strong communication and organizational abilities to coordinate with hotel operations for timely service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer at least one year of related general repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or general repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and time management.
• Able to walk and climb stairs about 50% of the time.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and appearance.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance across the property, including painting and cleaning.
• Make minor HVAC repairs and replace units as needed.
• Maintain equipment inventories; coordinate with management for orders.
• Repair room furniture, fixtures, and equipment as required.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs).
• Assist housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Report lost-and-found items per hotel procedures.
• Meet brand QA and compliance standards.
