Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer for on-site work at the Weaverville property. The role involves routine maintenance, HVAC adjustments, repairs, and guest-focused service.

The candidate should have strong general repair skills, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma is required, with prior maintenance experience preferred. This position includes benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related general repair experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, or general repair.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Wear a provided Maintenance uniform and nametag at all times on property.
• Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, to include painting, carpet/floor cleaning, etc.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, including repair/replacement of air conditioning units.
• Maintain proper equipment and inventory; coordinate with General Manager for orders.
• Perform minor repairs/replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Regularly perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs).
• Greet guests and interact in guest rooms or other areas of property.
• Enter guest rooms per Company standards and procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest repair requests.
• Maintain indoor pool area.
• Assist other staff with various tasks as needed.
• Report lost-and-found items per hotel procedures.
• Meet all brand compliance standards and QA.
