Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a hotel maintenance technician for an Embassy Suites property in North Charleston, SC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on preventative maintenance, guest room care, and basic repairs to ensure a safe, comfortable guest experience.

You will document work orders, troubleshoot electrical/HVAC/plumbing issues, and assist with landscaping and general upkeep. Candidates should have at least 6 months in general maintenance, with hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
