Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to handle preventative and corrective maintenance of the hotel’s interior and exterior. You will develop, execute and follow through on the hotel work order system while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role offers a pay rate of $36.77 per hour with a rotating shift pattern including Tue–Thu 7am–3:30pm and Fri–Sat 11pm–7am, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, moving aids, and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as needed or requested by guests, Housekeeping, and/or management.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel guest rooms per quota, equipment and assets per set schedule.
• Check pool/spa chemical balance, adjust as needed, and clean pool/spa deck.
