Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and guest requests in a courteous, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, etc.).
• Monitor maintenance functions during off-hours and emergencies.
• Take rounds to ensure systems are functioning and document parts used.
• Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities.
• Handle elevator breakdowns.
• Report unsafe conditions to leadership.
