You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventative tasks, and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces, collaborating with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks throughout the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building repairs.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior areas.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, lighting, appliances, and equipment.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and timely.
• Identify and report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections and scheduled projects.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas; keep tools and areas clean and safe.
• Assist with renovations and property improvement projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and brand standards; provide courteous service.
