Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to guest requests, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC work, and keeping tools and spaces organized. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
