Job summary

Dimension Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the hotel. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional guest environment for both guests and team members.

Ideal candidates bring basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge, a hands-on approach, reliability, and strong teamwork. You will respond to guest requests, maintain tools and spaces, and support the maintenance team to keep the property running

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Good communication and team-player attitude.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
