Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Bossier is seeking a proactive Maintenance Person to keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition. You will perform routine repairs, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks, and support the maintenance team to ensure a safe, clean hotel environment.

You bring prior maintenance or building repair experience, basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/mechanical systems, and a reliable, safety-minded, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
