Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, OH to ensure guest rooms and property equipment meet company standards. You will perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and follow safety procedures to keep the property in pristine condition.

The role requires adherence to Green Shield Binder guidelines, timely completion of tasks, and strong teamwork with hotel staff. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• English proficiency and ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and standard operating guidelines.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and use basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and guest rooms to standard.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and adhere to Green Shield Binder procedures.
• Follow Green Shield Scheduler workflow and SOPs to complete tasks.
• Keep maintenance areas organized and secure tools and inventory.
