Job summary

MCR Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Nashville Smyrna area property. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while keeping all areas tidy and well-kept.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must clock in/out on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general repair requests from guests and document completion.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance per PM Program.
• Follow safety health codes and report emergencies to supervisor/GM.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start and end; note and complete needed maintenance.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and well-organized during shift and before departure.
