Extended Stay America is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair. You will maintain pristine conditions and follow all maintenance protocols as outlined in company guidelines.

This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through timely repairs and inspections. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate good judgment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in emergency response and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and maintained.
• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.

Skills

Read and speak English proficiently
