Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking motivated Hotel Maintenance Personnel to uphold brand standards and provide Genuine Hospitality. You will perform maintenance across guest rooms, facilities, and grounds, assist with small repairs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily cleaning, upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems preferred.
• Ability to document maintenance records and work orders within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, upkeep and preventive maintenance of grounds, building facilities and guest rooms.
• Provide shuttle transportation when needed and have general knowledge of building construction and repairs.
• Ensure a high standard of guest experience within company guidelines and maintain pride in workmanship.
• Complete required training and certifications; update maintenance records and issue work orders promptly.
• Follow grooming guidelines, wear uniform and nametag on shift; protect guest and company information.
• Install small maintenance items under supervision; keep area clean; remove hazards such as snow and debris.
• Update equipment records and secure tools and inventory; follow OSHA safety standards.
