Job summary

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking motivated Hotel Maintenance Personnel to uphold our mission of Genuine Hospitality. You will perform routine upkeep, preventative maintenance, and small repairs across grounds, facilities, and guest rooms, while ensuring safety and quality in every service interaction.

You'll maintain maintenance records, follow Town Pump guidelines, and may assist with shuttle duties or cross-training with front desk and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of building construction, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical and plumbing preferred.
• Ability to maintain maintenance records and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and grounds/building maintenance of guest rooms.
• Provide shuttle transportation where needed at some locations.
• Ensure guest experience complies with operating guidelines and maintain pride in workmanship.
• Complete required training/certifications and maintenance records within 24 hours; report issues and secure work orders.
• Follow grooming guidelines, wear uniform and nametag on shift; protect guest and company information.
• Install small maintenance items under supervisor, complete tasks on daily/preventative checklists.
• Keep equipment/tools/stock secure and maintain safe work conditions per OSHA.
• Cross-train with front desk and housekeeping as needed.
