Job summary

Hazard Hotel is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the hotel facility, supporting a fast‑paced hospitality operation.

This role requires experience in hospitality/restaurant maintenance, ability to work independently, and strong communication with guests and team members. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of hospitality or restaurant maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, painting, and repairing minor electrical problems.
• Inspect common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces for cleanliness and functionality.
• Respond to guest requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate major needs or hazards to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
