Responsibilities

• Handle equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for bids and approvals.
• Complete warranty submittals and manage maintenance inventory monthly.
• Conduct room preventive maintenance with team support and track progress.
• Oversee pool and spa areas according to state and city regulations.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff across two hotels.
• Assist other departments with moving furniture and stocking supplies.
