Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. operates premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across top cities. As a General Maintenance Technician, you’ll support the hotel’s engineering team to maintain safety, appearance, and functionality in line with White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks while using hand and power tools, lifting up to 25 lbs. One year of maintenance experience is required; you’ll contribute to a safe, efficient, and

Qualifications

At least one year of maintenance experience required.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.
Comfortable working in a hotel maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the hotel’s maintenance standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing and supervising all aspects of the Engineering function of the hotel.
Clean all engineering areas as directed and maintain neat, efficient operations.
Complete all work assignments safely and communicate tools, supplies, and materials with supervisors.
Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation and maintain spare parts stock.
