Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking a hotel maintenance professional for Hotel Thaynes Park City, a Tribute Portfolio property in Park City, UT. The role supports world-class standards and oversees mechanical functions to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hotel facilities maintenance, are able to lift up to 75 pounds, and will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in facilities maintenance or hotel engineering.
• Able to lift up to 75 lb and carry up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete training on safety, security, procedures and service guidelines.
• Present a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Meet with vendors to discuss scope, products and materials used in repair activities.
• Obtain pricing and bids as directed.
