Hotel Thaynes Park City, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, part of Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to support Park City operations. The role focuses on keeping mechanical systems, safety routines, and guest areas in peak condition, contributing to smooth hotel operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in hotel facilities or engineering services, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance or hotel engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities and engineering systems.
• Ensure fire and safety inspections are completed and discrepancies corrected.
• Administer preventative maintenance program and complete work orders on time.
• Complete safety, security and procedures training.
• Present a professional image at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors for scope, pricing and materials.
