Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Norfolk Sheraton in Norfolk, VA. The role involves performing preventive maintenance in guest rooms, addressing work orders, and assisting with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.

You will help maintain pool systems, repair hotel equipment, and participate in landscaping and general groundskeeping. This is a full-time on-site position at 777 Waterside Drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
