Nashville Residence Inn – Atrium Hospitality is seeking a committed maintenance technician to support hotel operations in Nashville, TN. This full-time role involves guest room upkeep, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
