Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX is seeking a Maintenance Tech to service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems on PM and some AM shifts, totaling 40+ hours weekly.

The role includes welding, carpentry, painting, basic tool use, and leading minor renovations with safety and quality in mind; you will respond to guest and staff maintenance requests with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of trade-related training or experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry.
• Willingness to work PM/AM shifts and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform welding, carpentry, painting and general facilities maintenance.
• Use and store chemicals safely; complete required reporting accurately.
• Lead minor renovations or facility upgrades with safety and quality in mind.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff to minimize disruption.
