Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Fort Worth S Conference Center is seeking a Maintenance Tech to care for the hotel building, guest rooms, and equipment. You will repair guest room items, perform preventive upkeep on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and handle general maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.

Role requires high school diploma or GED and basic trade knowledge. You will lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and communicate professionally with guests while maintaining

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods and climb ladders.
• Professional and polite communication when working around hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Fix broken items in guest rooms quickly, such as leaking faucets, broken TVs, or jammed doors.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems to stop problems before they start.
• Paint walls, fix drywall, patch furniture, and replace burnt-out light bulbs.
• Answer urgent calls from the front desk or guests to fix sudden breakdowns.
• Follow safety rules, use safety lockouts, and log all completed work tasks.
