You're expected to handle electrical and plumbing tasks, follow safety protocols, and adapt to a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hardworking and loyal person to become a Maintenance Tech.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understanding of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from all departments promptly.
• Make rounds to check problem areas and note safety concerns in the hotel.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform electrical and plumbing tasks; handle chemicals per hotel requirements.
