Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael at Marin Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our hotel. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with upgrades to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

A strong work ethic and basic knowledge of building systems are required. Eligible to work in the United States, able to read/write/communicate in English, and able to lift and move as needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various systems and equipment to ensure hotel runs smoothly
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and fix issues, and assist with upgrades and installations
• Report to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer
• A career as a maintenance tech can lead to higher engineering roles within hospitality
